What shipped,
when, and why.

Most product changelogs are bullet lists. This one carries the reasoning behind each release — what we heard, what we built, and what we deliberately said no to. Dated, signed, and read by every person on the team.

A release ships with the evidence attached — the reason, the decision, the trade-off. We write the changelog the way we write the ledger.

Lessor lease accounting

Rent roll, escalations, CAM reconciliation and lessor-side ASC 842 / IFRS 16. Built to retire the spreadsheet that real estate finance teams quietly maintain in parallel.

Why we shipped it

Three customers asked the same question in the same week: 'where is the lessor view?' We built it because the lessee tools couldn't be inverted cleanly.

Auditor portal v2

Scoped access, source-linked evidence, threaded clarifications, and year-over-year template re-use. The auditor logs in to a working space, not a download bundle.

Why we shipped it

PBC lists were taking longer to assemble than the testing itself took. We rebuilt the portal to make the auditor a first-class user, not a recipient of zip files.

13-week cash forecast

Direct bank connectivity, FX exposure netting, and a daily reconciled rolling forecast. The position is current — not yesterday's number, three currencies behind.

Why we shipped it

Treasury teams kept asking us to plug into their forecast tool. Eventually it was clear the forecast belonged inside the ledger that produced the actuals.

Multi-book journal posting

Local GAAP, IFRS and management books in parallel, with per-book overrides. One entry, multiple books, one immutable audit trail per line.

Why we shipped it

Multi-jurisdiction groups were maintaining parallel books in spreadsheets and reconciling them at quarter-end. The ledger should carry the parallels itself.

Three-way match learning

Coding suggestions learned from your historical postings, lifting straight-through processing past 85% on PO-backed invoices.

Why we shipped it

AP humans were re-coding the same vendor-line combinations every month. The system already had the history — we just hadn't asked it to learn from it.
